Anyone who wants to be a part of PRIMADONNA, please read this carefully.
The fan club that had the divided levels of fan club membership will now have the combined into one PRIMADONNA.
Please check the below content for your information.
[Registration Period]
From 4 pm, Mary 2, 2011
- You can register to be a fan club member from May 2nd, 2011
(depending on the registration date, your membership period will vary).
- Your membership is only valid for a year from the day you purchased the membership
(from the day your membership status has upgraded,
for example if you have become a member on May 2, 2011 your membership is valid until Mary 2, 2012)
- If you would like to extend your membership for another year, you can do it by transferring the membership fee.

[Registration]
1. FNC Official Website [www.fncent.com] sign up or log in
1) Artist > FTISLAND page > click 팬클럽 신청 (registration) that is on the top right page.
2) or click MY INFO on the main page and click 팬클럽 신청 (registration) > select FTISLAND
2. Read the details of FTISLAND fan club
3. Transfer the membership fee and upload the scanned image of the transfer receipt
[the receipt has to have the name and the date the money was transferred / the file should be in JPG]
- if your receipt is not uploaded properly, your membership status will not be upgraded.
4. Leave the password, receipt, choose which artist fan club you are going to register yourself for, and click ‘OK’ to complete the membership registration.
5. You can check your membership status by clicking MY INFO after you have completed the above steps.

- Membership is only valid for a year from a date you made your payment for the membership.
[Depending on the day you made your payment, your membership termination date could vary.]
- If you do not extend your membership status after a year, your status will drop automatically and once you extend your membership, it will be updated to the regular member.
- Before your membership gets expired, there will be an email to inform you if you want to extend your membership.
- When you extend your membership for another year, FNC is going to issue another card but your membership card number is not going to change.
- The card is not going to be reissued in case you lose it.
- Your member status upgrade might not happen immediately when there are many requests at the same time.
- Your membership card not might be delivered right away because certain number of quantity should be met in order to issue cards.
- If you would like to extend your membership before it expires, log into www.fncent.com , click MY INFO and see how long your membership is valid for.
Then click CNBLUE from fan club tabs and attach the payment receipt in JPG and click OK.
- Once your membership expires you cannot extend it and must register as a new member.
- Your membership extension is available two months prior to your membership expiration date.
- Fan club membership benefits can change.

Since most admins in our community were able to become Official Primadonnas, we are sharing this tutorial and tips to our members
How to register at the new FNC Entertainment site:
1. Go to www.fncent.com
2. Click "SIGN IN". For every one who has an account on the old website, www.ftisland.com, you can click “LOGIN”.
3. Click "Foreigners live in oversea"
4. Enter your details.
NOTES:
a. The “ID” refers to username while “ID NO.” refers to the number on your ID which you have to upload on the site.
b. Scan your ID. IDs specified are: Identification card, driver’s license, passport copy and foreigner registration card. *According to tinefinity, she uploaded her school ID and she didn't have problems with the membership using it.
c. Do not use special characters on your password (e.g. @#$%).
d. Use your real name. It will give you a trouble if you don't use your real name in case you decide to be an Official Primadonna. PhilPost is very strict with names and they will not release your membership card unless you cry blood and beg.
e. Whatever you typed in, you will not be able to edit it anymore after you submit it. So be sure that all your information is correct. If you need to change anything, you have to email FNC to make the change for you.
f. You may enter the telephone number without or without the country code (+63).
5. After fill up the form, click “OK”. The pop up will ask “가입하시겠습니까?” (Would you like to join?), click “OK”.
You may click "go to LOGIN" and explore the site.
Applying for Official Membership
Once you created your account, you may choose to join the Official Primadonna Fanclub.
1. As stated on the announcement, you need to pay 30,000WON for one year membership (10000 membership+20000 shipping). But since we are living overseas, there will be additional fees that we need to pay:
a. Local Bank charge
b. Documentary stamps
c. Accepting-Bank charge
Amount of fees and process may differ per local bank, you may also pay thru Western Union or other companies that offer international wire transfer services.
2. To pay the membership, you have to go to your local bank and inform them that you want to transfer money to Korea. Here's the information that you need:
new bank account, effective January 24, 2013
Bank name: Citi Bank
Account name: FNC ENTERTAINMENT
Account number: 134-00783-249-01
SWIFT code: CITIKRSX
3. After you have paid the fees, you need to scan the transaction slip and upload it on the official website:
Go to “MY INFO”
You should be redirected to your profile:
4. Click the dropdown beside ”팬클럽 신청” and choose FTISLAND. Click browse and attach your receipt. Then click “OK”.
5. You may check your status after 1 or 2 days after uploading your receipt. Click "MY INFO" and you will see "회원등급"(Membership) will be changed from "일반회원"(General Membership) to "____".
OTHER COMMENTS:
a. Local banks do not directly charge in WON, they charge in USD so you have to check for foreign currency exchange rate (selling).
b. If you have friends that wanted to be an official member too, you may pay as a group to save on transaction charges.
Example, for BPI Bank:
Local Bank Charge: PhP600
Documentary Stamps: PhP0.30 per PhP200 (meaning, if current conversion of 30000 WON is equal to 29USD, multiply it by current USD ForEx rate e.g. 43. Divide the amount to 200 and multiply to 30 centavos. In this case, additional amount is PhP1.87)
Accepting Bank Fee : USD15 (may change without notice)
You can divide the total amount to the number of people paying for the membership.
c. If you're paying as a group, indicate the people you paid with at the blank space provided before uploading the scanned receipt.
d. I'm not sure if you can actually pay at the bank if you don't have a bank account, you may ask the bank you want to transact with ^^.
